Question by A.J.: What is the difference between a degree in ‘telecommunications’ and a degree in computer science?
I notice most degrees in universities offer an undergraduate a ‘Bachelor’s in Computer Science. The would-be universities i.e. University of Phoenix and ITT tech have ‘telecommunications’ degrees. Is ‘telecommunications’ just part of computer science?

I’m glad you can recognize “would be universities”.
I have not looked at the offerings, but telecommunications is a separate field. It involves everything from the construction of towers for transmission networks to the design of cell phones to telecasting talent development, etc.
